Woodside gas station robbed at gunpoint

A Shell gas station in Woodside was robbed at gunpoint Tuesday night and police are looking for two suspects, according to the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office.
The suspects were described as two white or light-skinned Hispanic males dressed in black clothing, wearing hooded sweatshirts, black masks, armed with a silver semiautomatic handgun and were last seen running southbound on Sequoia Avenue, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
The suspect who pulled out the gun was described as approximately 6 feet tall with a slender build and the second suspect was described as approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall with a slender build.
A witness who drove into the parking lot after the robbery reported he saw the suspects flee south on Sequoia Avenue. The suspects were not located and stole about $1,700, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
